MARIGOLD TEA(Calendula officinalis)
Presentation: cardboard box of 40 grams.
Composition: dried marigold flowers, ecologically certified.
Therapeutically instructions:
Internal is recommended as adjuvant in the treatment of affections such as: hyperacid gastritis, gastro-duodenal ulcer, biliary dyskinezia, cholecystopathy, and dysmenorrhoea.
External it is used in the mouth cavity and superior breathing apparatus (pharynx, larynx) inflammations, in the skin and mucous membrane inflammations, in bruises, contusions, furunculosis, ulcerations, eczemas, parasitosis.
Doses and method of administration:
Internal: infusion of 1-2 teaspoons of flowers to 250 ml boiled water. Three cups of tea per day will be taken. Tincture it is made through steeping 20 g of flowers in 100 g alcohol of 700, for a period of 8 days.
External: infusion of 30 g /l for vaginal washing and compresses using a mixture of 10 g of tinctures and 90 g boiled and cooled water for wounds, burns, ulcerations.
Pharmacodynamical and pharmacological properties:
Internal: choleretical and cholagogue action, anti-inflammatory, skinning over, immunostimulant.
External: have antiseptic, skinning over, epithelizant, emollient action and is stimulant for skin and superficial body growth (nails, hair) regeneration.

LAVENDER TEA
(Lavandula angustifolia)
Presentation: cardboard box of 50 g.
Composition: dried and ground lavender flowers, ecologically certified.
Therapeutically instructions:
Internal: in headaches, cardiac affections having nervous real reason, kidney and liver diseases, digestive disorders, abdominal distension, anxiety, insomnia.
External: in circulatory disorders, burns, chilblains. It is also used as aromatic baths for its pleasant perfume as well as for its sedative, antiseptic and skinning over actions for wounds.
Doses and method of administration:
Internal: infusion of 1-2 teaspoons of flowers to a cup of 250 ml boiled water. Shall be kept covered for 15 minutes, then filtered and sweetened with honey. 2-3 cups of tea per day will be taken.
External: for the aromatic baths shall be made an infusion with a teaspoon of flowers and one litre of boiled water and shall be kept covered for 20-30 minutes, after that the infusion is filtered and then introduced in the bath water from the tub. Shall be made a series of 10-15 baths and will be repeated two or three times a year.
Various utilizations: lavender flowers drive away the moths and gives a pleasant perfume to the clothes.

Internal: has a sedative effect on the central nervous system, diuretic, cholagogue, carminative, spasmolytic.
External: sedative, disinfectant, anti-inflammatory, deodorant.

PEPPERMINT TEA
(Mentha piperita)
Presentation: cardboard box of 50 g.
Composition: dried and ground peppermint leaves, ecologically certified.
Therapeutically instructions:
Internal: adjuvant in the treatment of gastrointestinal affections, dyspepsia, abdominal distension, diarrhoea, biliary dyskinezia, vomiting.
External: as cold cataplasms ease the headaches and as fortifying baths in physical weakness states. Has sedative effect in the rheumatic pains and in rash. In the mouth water has antiseptic and refreshing effect.
Doses and method of administration:
Internal: infusion of one spoon of herb to a cup of 250 ml boiled water. Three cups of tea per day will be taken.
External: infusion of 3 spoons of herb to one litre of water.
Pharmacodynamical and pharmacological properties:
Internal: choleretic, cholagogue, gastrointestinal antiseptic, expectorant, anti-diarrhoea, carminative, sedative in biliary gripes, astringent, tonic of the nervous system, sudorific, diuretic.
External: anti-rheumatic, anti-spastic.

MILFOIL TEA
(Achillea millefolium)
Presentation: cardboard box of 50 g.
Composition: dried and ground milfoil herb.
Therapeutically instructions:
Internal is recommended as adjuvant in: anorexia, hypermenorrhoea and dysmenorrhoea, bronchitis, gastritis, abdominal distension, gastric gripes, and cystitis.
External: soothe the irritated and blushed skin, burns and purulent wounds, dental abscesses, varicose ulcer, haemorrhoids.
Doses and method of administration:
Intern: infusion of 2 spoons of flowers to 500 ml boiled water. Shall be drunk lukewarm in 4-5 several times during a day.
External: infusion of 3 spoons of herb to 500 ml boiled water shall be used as compresses or baths.
Pharmacodynamical and pharmacological properties:
Internal: expectorant, gastro-intestinal sedative, carminative, stomachic, antispasmodic for biliary tracks, pain-killer, haemostatic.

ST. JOHN`S WORT TEA
Presentation: 50 g bags of St. John’s wort tea (the aerial part of the plant), packed up in cardboard boxes.
Action:
Internal: antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-depressive, anti-inflammatory, astringent, liver-protector, sedative.
External: local topic, having well results in the infected wounds, first and second-degree burns, dental and muscular pains.
Recommendations:
Internal: in hepatitis and progressive chronic hepatitis, in the chronic gripes, cholecystitis and gastric ulcer, in depressive states.
External: in wounds and burns healing, in gums and teeth inflammations, stimulant for dry and aged skin.
Method of preparation and administration
Internal: infusion of 1/2 teaspoons of herb to a cup of 250 ml of boiled water, before or after meals. Drink 2/3 cups of tea per day.
External: 2 spoons of herb to a cup of boiled water. It is used for baths, cataplasms or gargle.
Contra-indications: it can give gastric problems especially in the case in which this is administered on empty stomach. During pregnancy this can have emmenagogue and miscarry effects. Shall be avoided some food such as: beer, fermented cheese, some fish products, yeast, etc.

Doses and method of administration:
It is prepared an infusion of one teaspoon of herbs mixture to 250 ml boiled water. Drink 3 cups of tea per day with half an hour before the main meals. It can be used mixed with artichoke tea.
